Here's a little puzzle for you to think about. With a 3 gallon jug and a 5 gallon jug your task is to measure out EXACTLY 4 gallons of water. Apart from as much water as you like, you can only use the two jugs to solve this. For bonus points, name the film this puzzle appeared in.

Ok after a sleepless night I think I've worked this out (and not with any help from Google): Fill the 3 gallon jar and empty it onto the 5 gall on jar. Refill the 3 gallon jar and pour contents into the 5 gallon jar til full. There's one gallon remaining in 3 gallon jar. Empty five gallon jar and fill it with the one gallon remaining in 3 gallon jar. Refill 3 gallon jar and pour contents in to 5 gallon jar, giving you 4 gallons. That's it. No idea which film but would it have been in Saw 3 where they're measuring out blood?
The film was, I think, Die Hard 3.
